A Sanctuary for Body, Lineage and Life
Therapeutic Massage • Trauma Informed Bodywork• Somatic and Ceremonial Care
Specialized whole-body care for people whose lives were divided by diagnosis, surgery, or treatment — and who are navigating what comes after.
Twenty plus years of Private practice. Boulder, Colorado

You Came Here Carrying Something
Stress that's become structural. Pain that hasn't responded to what you've already tried. A nervous system that hasn't been allowed to fully exhale in a long time. Grief without a name. Tension that returns no matter how many things you've adjusted.
This is a practice for that.
For over twenty years, I've worked with bodies whose owners are skilled, capable, and exhausted — bodies carrying the cost of attentive lives. The work I offer is hands-on, somatic-aware, trauma-informed, and slow enough to actually let your system reorganize. You don't need a framework to receive it. You don't need to believe in anything in particular. You just need to lie arrive as you are.
What happens after that — the deeper threads of lineage, ancestry, ceremony, and reclamation — is available for those who feel called toward it. Many do, eventually. Most arrive simply needing somatic relief, and find the rest in their own time.
For those navigating the long terrain after a diagnosis, surgery, or medical transition that changed everything: there is a specific place here for you. The After Path was built for exactly this.
OFFERINGS
Private Sessions
Therapeutic bodywork and somatic care for bodies carrying the cost of demanding lives.
Sessions draw on therapeutic massage, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and trauma-informed somatic work — built around what your body and nervous system are actually carrying, not a fixed protocol.
Most clients arrive for stress, chronic tension, or recovery. They stay for the longer arc of care that becomes possible when one practitioner knows your body across time.
The After Path
For People Living With and Beyond Diagnosis
A serious diagnosis or surgery divides life into before and after.
The After Path is whole-person, lifelong accompaniment for those navigating that terrain. Oncology bodywork, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, somatic trauma work, and ancestral healing — held in one relationship, tending all seven layers of what medicine touches but cannot fully address.
One practitioner. One relationship. For as long as you need.
Sacred Pathways
A two-level ceremonial education in altar-building, ancestral remembrance, and embodied devotion — launching February and November 2027.
From foundation to deep integration, these self-paced teachings guide you through altar creation, ritual rhythm, ancestral honoring, and the living practice of tending what is sacred. Not as performance — as devotion. Not as theory — as something you actually inhabit.

Beloved Voices

There are those who remember
Some who come here come only for the body. That is enough; the body is the first altar.
Others come for what lives beneath.
They light candles not because they were taught to, but because something in their bones knows this elemental language. They arrange stones and shells on windowsills, gather flowers for no reason except that beauty calls to beauty.
Bodies whose hearts hold ten thousand years of unnamed wisdom. Whose blood calls to the resonant ones. Their body is the first altar — the place where ancient story is inscribed, where healing begins, where ancestors left their fingerprints in our very cells.
For ten thousand generations, the keepers have gathered at thresholds. With earth in their hands and songs in their throats, they built sacred space from the ordinary... and the precious.
When the temples fell, they made altars in their kitchens. When the old ways were forbidden, they whispered prayers over bread and water. When their languages were taken, they spoke in symbols — a stone here, a candle there, a bowl of remembrance.
You carry this knowing.
It lives in your hands, in your hunger for ritual, in the way you pause at beauty. Your ancestors are teaching you still—
through the altars you build and through the body you inhabit.
